Book Boutique by YouImagine is a small family business in Cambridge, UK. We make children's books where your child is in the story: their name, their face, their personality and the little details that make it theirs. Each book is written and illustrated with care, and checked by hand.
Every story book is painted with your child's own face, uses their name, and has 1–2 small details you can change (like a favourite sweet, a pet's name or a costume). A free digital copy comes with every printed story book, to share with family anywhere.
Stories for Diwali, Halloween, Christmas and more, so the festival feels even more special.
Want something completely new? Choose a story world (Fantasy, Bedtime Stories, Social & Behaviour, Learning Adventures or Life Skills), or share your own idea and we write the story from scratch. Sizes: Little, Classic or Grand, from £49. See the price guide.
Emerging Writer books: we write the plot, your child writes the words, with fun reward coupons to keep them going.
A hardcover book posted to your door, a digital flipbook with narration that reads on any screen, or both. Digital-only books are £10 less.
Free delivery to the UK and India. Other countries: £11 for a parcel of up to 4 books, plus £7 for every further 4 books. Story books usually arrive in 2–3 weeks. Digital books have no delivery charge. Prices are shown in your own currency on the website.
Birthdays, Diwali, Christmas, a new baby, starting school, or just because. Grandparents, aunties and uncles often send them to children living in another country. See how it works or read what families say.
